Eligibility
Can I return a part?
Yes — you can return an unused part in its original packaging if it is the wrong part or no longer required, provided:
- It is not a bespoke or special-order part
- It is not a consumable item
- It is returned as a complete assembly or kit (as sold)
⚠ If a part arrives damaged or fails after fitting, that is a warranty matter — not a return.
What is a "complete assembly"?
Some items are priced and invoiced as a single assembly made up of multiple components. You cannot return individual parts from within that assembly — it must be returned complete and intact.
This also applies to kits sold under a single part number. Partial or disassembled returns cannot be accepted.
Process
How do I arrange a return?
Contact our service team to obtain a Customer Returns Note (CRN). This must be completed and included with the package — it links the return to the original order and records the quantity and reason.
Stuga will arrange a courier collection from the same address as the original delivery. If the courier arrives and cannot collect, return costs pass to you.
Do I get a full credit?
Within 14 days of delivery: 100% credit on the part value.
After 14 days: A restocking, inspection, and re-certification charge will apply. The credit will be issued net of these charges once the return has been inspected and approved.
Credits are issued after physical inspection of the returned item.
